Terms and Conditions

The Company provides repair services for industrial electronics,electrical and mechanical as described the following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Company.

Warranty

  • Warranty is applicable only for replacement part depends upon type of repair.
  • Replacement part warranty has been avoided in case of burn, broken or fault occur high electricity.
  • No Warranty & Garranty is applicable for repair of electronics product.
  • If your unit is no longer under warranty, we will evaluate it and estimate the repair cost. Upon your approval, we will proceed with the repair.

    • Prices

  • All applicable charges are payable before delivery of material.
  • The Company will charge taxes on all material as per the Govt.'s taxation laws, rules & regulations prevailing at the time of billing..
  • If the material is not repairable then minimum service charges are applicable upon necessary replacement of components, time spent by the labor on the job.
  • Standard charges will depend upon product, time spent by the labor on the job, etc. The customer is liable to pay service charges in case they disagree to go ahead with repairing..

    • Dispatch and Delivery

  • Repaired material will be shipped only on working days.
  • Material must be collected within one month from the date it was given for repairs otherwise at demurrage charges are applicable upon place and weight of the material.
  • The Company shall not take any responsibility for material not collected within three months; these are liable to be disposed-off without prior notice to customers and at the time of material collection delivery challan is must.

    • Property

  • The Company shall not return any faulty or replaced parts or components to the customer..
  • The Company shall not conduct any detailed discussion with the customer on hardware problems and its solutions except under very special circumstances

    • Repair Service

  • Hard Disk formatting is done with prior approval; the Company cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
  • Company shall not entertain any demands to undo repairs & hand back material in the condition it was given in for repairs.
  • Repair carried out at the customer’s own risk. The customer must accept the risk of change / deterioration on the status of material on rare occasions during the repair process.

    • General

  • The Company reserves the right to change/add to these Terms & conditions from time to time without giving any reasons or prior notice.
